Delivery Policy
You will receive PIN / Account ID's (pin codes), dialling instructions, and customer support contact for each credit purchased. This information will be e-mailed to you.
You can also check you purchase by logging on to your account and checking your purchase in purchase history
It is your responsibility to keep the PIN / Account ID (s) safely and we don’t bear any responsibility for any kind of misuse.
Refund Policy
All sales are final, we will assist you in resolving any technical issues, if your card / account develops a technical fault you should always contact the customer service at support@tajphone.com , if a technical issue cannot be resolved, we will endeavour to exchange the unused amount of credit.
Where there is only a partial balance a credit may be applied in the case that we cannot match the denomination of the remaining credit balance. In the case where payment is taken and no pin details are allocated it is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify Tajphone.com upon which time the required pin and access details will be send immediately.
If a customer feels that that they have been incorrectly charged then in that case they should send us a copy of their bank statement confirming the same. The credit would be reimbursed at the discretion of Tajphone.com
For payments made using either a credit card or debit card, the purchase amount would be reimbursed back into the customers account and may take up to 3-5 working days for the amount to be reflected on the bank statement
We are not responsible for charges arising from transfer/late transfer of funds from the Client bank account subject to transactions made/authorised by the client as there may be a delay in the transfer after the actual transaction has taken place.
Cancellation Policy
If a customer purchases a card / account and has not used the card / account within 7 days of purchase they can then cancel the purchase by sending us an email at support@tajphone.com
We may then cancel the purchase and refund the amount provided the card / account purchased is unused at the time of refund.
However there would be an administration fee of £ 2.50 per purchase
For example: if a customer makes a purchase of an amount of £ 10 worth of credit but then wants to cancel the purchase and is also within the 7 days period as stated above, an administration fee in the amount of £ 2.50 will be charged by deducting it from the £ 10 worth of credit. The remaining credit of £ 7.50 would be returned to the customer.
Prepaid PIN code(s) are not returnable, non refundable or not exchangeable if used or after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Validity
All purchases are valid for up to 5 years from the time of purchase; however PINs purchased are valid up to 180 days from the time of first use
Fraud Policy
Credit or Debit Card fraud is a serious crime and a felony punishable by heavy fines and jail time. Fraudulent behaviour will be prosecuted aggressively and with a passion to the fullest extent of the law.
The ID and address of your computer and your ISP provider have been determined, and recorded as a safeguard against fraudulent behaviour and may be used by us or legal entities to prosecute guilty parties. The origination and destination numbers can also be obtained by service providers through police enquiries.
All information must match card account records as provided by the card-issuing bank; providing false information intentionally is fraud and will not be tolerated. |
